Aimee Bock, the convicted leader of the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme, has been sentenced to more than 41 years in prison. The sentence was delivered by Judge Nancy Brasel in federal court in Minneapolis on Thursday morning.

Before her sentencing, Bock expressed remorse, stating, “I don’t have the words to express just how horrible I feel. I know I’m responsible.”

Last year, a federal jury found Bock, 45, guilty of misusing her nonprofit, Feeding Our Future, to embezzle millions from a federal child nutrition program intended to support underprivileged children. Prosecutors described the “brazen and staggering nature” of her crimes as profoundly damaging, shaking Minnesota’s public trust to its core.

Additionally, federal officials announced new indictments against five individuals implicated in Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche and Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are scheduled to provide further details on these charges during a news conference later today.
